Amazing Scenery and Super clean Rooms!

I found the staff at reception very helpful! The sunrise was definitely worth waking up early to see. The bed provided great comfort. I slept soundly. The location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
I noticed very slight wear and tear on some furniture, but it did not impact my stay at all.

The hotel provided good access to the Lake District. It was also very quiet despite its proximity to the motorway. I had a beautiful view of the lake from my room, I really enjoyed it.

the room included extra pillows it was a pleasant touch. i found a discount voucher at check-in for costa and mcdonald's next door it was useful.
the door was not closing properly i informed reception.

The room offered a good size and included a view of the lake. Staff were friendly and available at the 24-hour desk. Parking was available. A 24-hour McDonald's is conveniently located on site, a. plus if you want fast food (i grabbed a midnight snack!).
The room definitely needs some refurbishment. This makes the room feel a little unkempt.
